Vienna's museums are focused entirely on the anniversary of the World's Fair in 2023. It all kicks off on May 2, 2023, at the Vienna Museum of Technology (TMW). The special exhibition "Women at Work – 150 Years of the Women's Pavilion of the Vienna World's Fair" deals with a special aspect of the Vienna World's Fair: The "Women's Pavilion" focused on female worlds of work for the first time at a World's Fair. The pavilion presented professional fields for women that came about during the rapid industrialization that took place during the 19th century.
