Viewers fawn over Singapore actor Adrian Pang's appearance in Netflix K-drama Little Women
A new South Korean drama series airing on Netflix has sparked some excitement online because it features Singapore in parts of the show.
The drama, Little Women, is loosely adapted from Louisa May Alcott's classic novel of the same name. South Korean publication Korea JoongAng Daily reported that it now ranks as the top series on Netflix in several countries including Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam.
In the latest episode aired last Sunday (Sept 25), some of the scenes were set in Singapore.
Actress Kim Go Eun’s character Oh In-joo was arriving in Singapore at night and the camera panned to views of the Marina Bay skyline.
When her character reached Fullerton Hotel, she was awed by the grandiose of the hotel and its decor, and was greeted by the hotel manager — played by Singaporean actor Adrian Pang.
They exchanged a few words in the scene, as he took Kim’s character around the hotel. Read More…
