Car Overturns in Città: 64-Year-Old Man Trapped and Hospitalized

The driver, a 64-year-old man from San Marino, was reportedly taken ill while driving, leading to the unfortunate incident.
Upon the car's overturning, the man became trapped inside the passenger compartment, as he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. Emergency services were promptly called to the scene, and the Civil Police Fire Brigade arrived to assist. In order to safely extract the driver, firefighters had to cut through the windshield of the vehicle.
After being freed, the man was assessed for injuries and found to have sustained a head injury during the accident. He was subsequently transported to a local hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment. Medical professionals have given him a prognosis of 30 days for recovery.
