László Szabó, President of the Hungarian Paralympic Committee, expressed his immense satisfaction with the team's performance and dedication. He highlighted the team's consistent excellence, stating, "This team was fantastic. Every athlete gave their best for every single result, that is the most important thing." He emphasized that Hungary has entered a "golden era" of para-sport, and he is confident that this success will continue in the future.
The Hungarian team was led by kayaker Péter Pál Kiss and swimmer Zsófia Konkoly, who had the honor of carrying the national flag during the closing ceremony. Their achievements, along with those of their teammates, have made the nation proud, underscoring Hungary's strong presence in international para-sport.
