As part of its 34th anniversary celebration, Provea presented the book “Usual Suspects. Ten approaches to the historical background of the movement for Human Rights in Venezuela (1936-1999)".
The text is the result of a rigorous investigation carried out over four years by the researcher Rodolfo Montes de Oca, who relied on dozens of hemerographic sources, and on the testimonies of victims and the protagonists of many of the events that are reported. in the book, and that mark the history of the struggles for the recognition of human dignity in our country.
