Sugar Free Snacks
As we all now know sugar is not good for our health and eating to much of this enticing sweet can lead to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, liver problems, and some dementia.
The World Health Organization recommends that we should limit our calories from sugar to
less than 10 percent. When you are avoiding sugar, the best foods to snack on are free of
added sugars and should contain some protein, healthy fats, and slow burning carbs.
Raw, dry roasted nuts and seeds are a great snack Un-sweeten chips
Celery sticks or apple slices and add a little unsweetened nut butter
Hard boiled eggs, chicken slices, lettuce and use as a wrap.
