Why too much exercise is dangerous
Working out is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise helps keep our bodies strong and our minds sharp. However, there comes a point when your body is tired of working out and it sends you cues to slow down or completely take a break.
But many ignore it. The assumption is, something that is so good could never possibly ever turn out to be dangerous or harmful. But like everything in life, you should do it in moderation.
Once you start feeling sore and the discomfort does not go, you should examine your body. Of course, a little bit of soreness after a workout is normal but if you find that you are sore all the time, it is a sign that your body is not recovering properly.
This could be a result of overtraining, which can lead to injuries and other health problems. No matter how badly you want to reach those body goals you better stop before the situation escalates.
And if the reason you cannot take it easy is that you are not seeing any progress despite working out consistently and you are still not seeing any changes in your body composition or performance, it could be a sign that your body is tired of the same old routine.
